Xaverian Movement Leadership Structure:

An  xaverian to take on leadership at any level;

(i)                He/ she should have been a leader at  the proceeding level .

(ii)              Those seeking for leadership above parish level  

a.      Should be recommended by their church leader or Chaplains / Animators or lay assistants right from their Respective teams section and parish groups upwards.

b.       Should  have clean records or any other person with Knowledge of xaverian discipline and is ready to animate Xaverian leaders, co-ordinate, support, advise and direct, Xaverian by safeguarding the objectives and mission of Xaverian  movement.
